Englanti haltuun

David Beckam tokaisi taannoin: "If you can't run with the big dogs puppy, stay on the porch."

Sen innoittamana Edinburghissa toimiva englanninopettaja, joka ilmeisesti next blog -ominaisuuden avulla purjehti sivuilleni, kehitteli ilmeisen ulkomaalaisille oppilailleen muutaman muunkin englanninkielisessä maailmassa yleisesti käytetyn idiomin. [Pari tuntia myöhemmin, heti kun tajusin että hetkeksi tänne postaamani ja sittemmin poistamani eufemismigeneraattori oli tylsä ja sitten kun sain ensimmäisen käännettyä latinan sanakirjani avulla snaijasin, et hei, nää idi ominit on kaikki elukkajuttuja! toisen minän huom!]
